Bio: I am a passionate yogi, dancer, and traveler. My love for movement and my background in dance mixed with my quest for self-discovery led me to my yoga practice. Yoga has transformed my life for the better and after completing my 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2019, it has become a goal of mine to help others discover the benefits of this practice both on and off the mat.
