Catherine is a 200hr RYT and has been teaching since March 2017. She has had the opportunity to study under wonderful teachers and experience various styles of yoga from yin to kundalini to ashtanga and beyond at Kalani Oceanside Retreat in Hawaii and Sivananda Ashram in Val Morin, Quebec. Yoga has had a huge impact on her life, and she has been a dedicated yogi for years. Practicing yoga has helped to inspire in her not only physical benefits like strength and flexibility, but to assisted in cultivating feelings of confidence, positivity and community. She hopes to bring her passion for self improvement and growth to each class, enabling students bring forth those qualities that are already inside them. Her classes focus on pairing breath with movement, listening to your own body and are filled with love.
