Yang & Yin Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice. Our Yang & Yin yoga class will start with a slow flow Yang sequencing to warm the muscles, incorporating power, strength and stability before moving into Yin yoga to slow the body down and calm the mind with deep connective tissue stretches.
Amanda Costa
Michel teaches a vigorous, physical style of yoga, focusing on
principles of the mind and body. He has a good knowledge of body
mechanics, as well as an intuitive understanding of the body and how it
relates to the postures. While he enjoys challenging his students, he

resilience

(Katarina Wittkamp) Sunday morning class. A Vinyasa yoga practice connects individual poses or “asanas” with deep breaths or “pranayama” in a series of flowing sequences of movement. Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds.
