Karma yoga is the path of unselfish action performed for the benefit of all. It's the philosophy to act according to our purpose, without being attached to the consequences of our actions. In the Bhagavad Gita, the philosophy behind the practice of karma yoga is to purify the mind. It leads us to consider our individual purpose during our brief time on this planet in the great cosmic ocean. This is our way to give back to our community by making exploration of the self accessible and welcoming to all.

Yin Yoga with Laura O'Connor: Monday 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Yin yoga is a series of long-held floor postures that allow for a deep opening in the body. Time, stillness and observation of sensation are the keys to this super slow practice. Yin offers an opportunity to expand our ability to sit with challenges, both mental and physical. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. All levels are welcome.
Beginner Yoga with Kathy Russell: Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
In this beginner level yoga class, we’ll explore a variety of postures, and use breathing techniques to help the body & mind unwind. Many modifications will be offered to suit all bodies & experience levels. Everyone is welcome!
All Levels with Alida Kraven: Tuesday 7:00 pm – 8: 15 pm
An "all levels" class which changes with the level of the students' ability that show up.
Power Yoga with Elsa Rose Eastabrook: Tuesday 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm & Friday 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm
Allows you to challenge your strength, balance and endurance as you flow with your breath. Previous yoga experience or a good level of general fitness is recommended.
In your Element with Elsa Rose Eastabrook: Wednesday 9:30 am- 10:45 am
This class will focus on a different element each week. With a theme for the practice, the students will explore their potential in body and mind.
JOYFLOW with Catherine Sulkowski: Thursday 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm
JoyFlow is a class dedicated to unlocking the pure joy that is innate in all of us. A flow class, set to uplifting music, JoyFlow honours each student's individual needs by encouraging yogis to listen inwards and move in a way that feels right to them in the moment. Through exploration of asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath practices) and meditation, JoyFlow aims to journey through movement and stillness - and to find the joy in balancing both energies. Embrace the pure love, light and joy that is you!
Gentle Yoga with Catherine Chamberlain Thursday 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm
A slow, calming class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasizing the connection between breath and movement. Live acoustic guitar with Steve will return in November.
Salute the Sun with Katlin: Friday 9:30 am - 10:45 am
Not sure if you’re ready for an Advanced practice? Why not take some time in this class to move more deeply into your existing practice while also exploring uncharted territory. Flow through your Sun Salutations and then explore your 'edge' with headstand, shoulder stand, arm balances and more. This is a fun and interactive class with an experienced, supportive teacher.
Restorative Yoga with Tina Lashambe: Friday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
This is your time to rest, restore and relax. This class is about releasing tension and finding your center, in the body, mind and heart. The class will consist of 4-5 restorative postures combined with breath practice and meditation to bring a renewed sense of peace and calm.
Find your Foundations- Beginner Class with Valerie Gils: Saturday 9:00 am - 10: 00 am
This Beginner class will introduce basic poses, flows, breath practices and meditations. Start your journey in our inclusive, non judgmental environment and enjoy exploring your body, mind and breath.
Not a newbee but want a chance to revisit the foundations of your practice? We can all benefit from going back to basics on our mats and in our life! Try it and see what your learn!
Vinyasa Flow with Jim: Wednesday 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm and Saturday 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Vinyasa Flow is an energetic and flowing practice, synchronizing breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Exploring the dichotomy between set series and creative self expression, each class is unique and supports progressing all aspects of your practice in a safe and meaningful way to the practitioner. Inspired by the idea that each time we come to our mat we have an opportunity to cultivate a more intimate relationship with ourselves, these classes are appropriate for active beginners through to advanced students.
Hatha Flow with Shayah: Wednesday 5:30pm- 6:45pm
Practice traditional Hatha yoga poses in a flowing sequence with sun salutations, balancing postures and breathing exercises that will strengthen your body and relax your mind. Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength and a sense of well-being to the practitioner through a series of seated and standing postures.
Dhyana Yoga with Shayah: Friday 7:00pm-8:15pm
Dhyana is the 7th Limb of Yoga meaning devoted meditation.
This practice consists of multiple ten to fifteen minute meditations between slow and mindful asana movements (stretching) coordinated with breath.
When you leave a Dhyana yoga class, you will feel relaxed, carefree, and weightless in your natural state.
Props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own journal, blanket, cushions, socks, tea-light, etc.
All levels of practitioners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
