Cynthia Galloway

Cynthia completed her 200-hour RYT training with Mothership School of Yoga in March 2020 and subsequently went on to complete her 50-hour Yin yoga certification. She first began practising yoga over 30 years ago, occasionally lapsing, but always returning as nothing else made her feel her better. She made the decision to become a yoga teacher primarily to deepen her own practice, but of course what better way to learn something than to teach it to others! "While we teach, we learn” said Roman philosopher Seneca. Her classes focus on listening to the body, promoting disengagement from external senses to pay attention to one’s own practice.
