Morning Yoga : Suitable for all levels. A great way to start your day : breathing, stretching and relaxing.
Lunch Time Yoga : Expand your day! Join us for a mid-day 30-minute yoga class (all levels). Three sessions
to choose from: 11:00am– 11:30am, 11:45am – 12:15pm and 12:30pm – 1pm
$7 for any 30 minute session or join us for all 3 for ONLY $10
Now that’s a delicious Lunch! Bring your own mat, or if not we have one for you!
Beginner/Level 1 : Recommended for everyone who is new to yoga and is looking to get a basic
understanding of the poses and breathing techniques.
Beginner/Level 2 : This would be an appropriate class for those who have taken yoga before and
require more details on postures or are looking for more challenging postures.
Inter/Advanced : Previous yoga experience is highly recommended. For those looking for a challenge in
their posture and breathing practice.
Meditation Plus : 30 minutes of minor postures, 30 minutes of Pranyama (deep) breathing and 30 minutes
of guided relaxation. This class is very relaxing and suitable for all levels.
