Ajith Kumar, a certified Yoga Teacher from India, disciple of Swami Vishnu
Devananda. Initiated to yoga at the age of 12, he lived in the International
Sivananda Ashram for over 4 years teaching yoga to students from all
around the world and has studied with various teachers and gurus across
India. Ajith completed his Teachers Training and Advanced Teachers
Training from the International Sivananda Ashram (founded by Swami
Vishnu Devananda) in India, as well as Yoga Teachers Training through
the Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana(Bangalore, India), Yoga
Therapy Training from Yoga University-Yoga Vidya Gurukul (Nasik, India),
Vedanta and Philosophy through the Yoga-Vedanta Forest Academy
(Rishikesh, India. Also known as Divine Life Society, founded by Swami Sivananda). Ajith is also qualified in Thai Yoga Massage Therapy and
Ayurvedic Massage Therapy. Ajith has also attended various meditation,
philosophy and therapy training programs and workshops.

and the Swami Vishnu Yoga centre in Toronto. Simone specializes in Mind
Relaxation Therapy and is a passionate seeker and student of the healing

 Kelvin Saddy has been a certified Yoga Instructor since 2006 and is still
studying under Nitya Kandath (Swami Nityamuktananda) in London and
Toronto. Kelvin received his Hatha Yoga Instructor Certificates in London,
Ontario and at the Mechira Ashram in India.

 Nitya Kandath (Swami Nityamuktananda) has been teaching and
practicing yoga for over 20 years. He was interested in studying Yogic and
Vedanta philosophies from childhood. He joined the Ashram at the age of
21 and lived north and south of India for many years. He started the Sakthi
School of Yoga in south India, Mamallapuram near Madras where he
taught Yoga and Vedanta for many years. He came to Canada in 1994 and
started the Swami Vishnu Yoga Centre. Nitya studied yoga mainly under
the guidance of Swami Vishnudevananda and studied Vedanta from
Swami Brahmananda in Rishikesh at the Divine Life Society.

 Karna aka Tony Saddy has been practicing yoga since the early 90's,
recieved  his Hatha Yoga Instructor Certificate in 2006 and was introduced
to Nitya Kandath (Swami Nityamuktananda) from southern India shortly
after. Nitya, a disciple of Swami Vishnu came to London and over
an eight month period taught me an intense Sivananda Yoga Teacher
Instructors course.
