Michel has been teaching yoga since 1997, and has studied many styles of yoga as well as other practices, making him a versatile teacher. He has a good knowledge of body mechanics, as well as an intuitive understanding of the body and how it relates to the postures. Michel focuses on creating balance in all aspects of the practice, helping his students to learn, heal, and enjoy their practice.
Michel’s home practice often includes his foster bunnies – he's passionate about his volunteer work to help and home domestic rabbits.
