Shangrila currently rents to numerous practioners for yoga and other related activities. We are happy to hear from you if you would like to check out the space for renting. Emily CordesEmily loves the simple joys in life. The first sip of coffee, the warmth of the sun, the sounds of nature. Practicing and teaching yoga allows her to connect more deeply to these simple joys, and this is what she loves to share with her students. It's not about what shape you make with your body, it's about what you learn from and through the movement. Growing up as a dancer, she has always loved artistic expression. It’s the free, yet grounded feeling that she continues to love and explore through her yoga practice. Emily’s commitment to the practice deepens each day.
