We have been providing London with a place to relax and do yoga since 2007, but there is more to Shangrila than just the studio. The wonderful thing about yoga is that it can go anywhere, and so can we! We will provide yoga at your business, organization, or home. All of our teachers are certified and insured. Our teachers share our passion for yoga and wellness. We take pride in guaranteeing you will feel supported, valued, respected, and honoured each time you step on your mat. Some of our outreach classes include:
Hatha Yoga: Brings balance, strength and a sense of well-being to the practitioner through a series of seated and standing postures.
Gentle Yoga: Focuses on improving awareness of the body, mobility and confidence through intuitive movements, breathing techniques and visualization. It is a low intensity class where the instructor helps to guide participants through the yoga class they need.
Chair Yoga: Allows participants to stretch and strengthen their bodies while using a chair for support.
Meditation and Breathing Techniques: Gives participants a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both their emotional well-being and their overall health.
Power Yoga: Allows you to challenge your strength, balance and endurance as you flow with your breath. Previous yoga experience or a good level of general fitness is recommended.
