What is breathwork?
Breathwork is an extremely powerful tool in supporting and guiding you on your journey of self-discovery, personal growth and personal well-being. It is a modality that creates a bridge between three important components of optimal health and wellness: the body, mind and spirit.
We often focus on the body and mind while forgetting about our spirit. When our spirits aren’t nourished, we often turn to addictions that satisfy us temporarily. These addictions often cause dis-ease in our body, mind and spirit leaving us feeling depressed, anxiety ridden, frustrated, lonely, angry, scared, powerless, uninspired and unsatisfied with life.
By going inward, we connect to the deepest part of ourselves, uncovering and releasing things that no longer serve our growth. When we let go, we the have room to grow as individuals while optimizing our overall wellness.
Everyone experiences breathwork differently. Here are some benefits you may experience:
